Everything you need to know about booking, preparing for, and enjoying your treatment at SoftTouch Studio.
We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance for most treatments. For popular time slots (evenings and weekends) or before special events, book 3-4 weeks ahead. If you’re new, contact us at least one week out so we can guide you.
A full refund will be issued for appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur the full treatment charge, which will be applied to the payment method used to pay the $50 booking deposit. The $50 deposit is applied toward the total cost of the treatment.

Absolutely. Many clients combine treatments for enhanced results. Popular combinations include RF Therapy + LED, Oxygen Glo2 + Microcurrent, or Signature Facial + LED. We’ll ensure treatments are scheduled with appropriate timing.
Arrive with clean skin (or minimal makeup). Bring a list of any medications, skincare products you currently use, and medical history relevant to your treatment. Wear comfortable clothing. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners for at least one week before most treatments. Don’t use retinoids, exfoliating acids, or other active ingredients 5-7 days prior to peels or laser treatments. Avoid blood thinners (if medically safe) and alcohol 24 hours before injectables.
You can arrive with makeup on—we’ll cleanse your skin as part of the treatment. However, we recommend coming makeup-free when possible to save time. Bring makeup if you’d like to apply it after your treatment.
Bring your ID, payment method, a list of current medications/products, and any relevant medical records. If it’s your first visit, arrive early to complete intake forms. We’ll provide everything else you need during your treatment.
Our treatments are elective aesthetic services and are not typically covered by insurance. However, we can provide itemized receipts that you may submit to your HSA/FSA if your plan covers aesthetic treatments.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, cash, HSA/FSA cards, and digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is due at time of service.
Yes! We offer treatment packages with discounted pricing for series purchases. All packages and prepaid services are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the specified time frame. Ask your provider for details.
Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated if you feel your provider delivered exceptional service. Standard gratuity is 15-20% for aesthetic services.
Start by getting in touch. We’ll assess your skin, discuss your concerns and goals, and recommend treatments that align with your needs and budget. You can also browse our treatment menu to see what resonates with you.
Most of our treatments are very comfortable. You may feel mild warmth, tingling, or pressure depending on the treatment, but nothing should be painful. We’ll check in throughout your session and adjust as needed. Treatments like HIFU may have brief moments of discomfort but remain tolerable.
This varies by treatment. Some (like Oxygen Glo2, Microcurrent, LED) offer immediate visible results. Others (like RF Therapy, HIFU, peels) work over weeks to months as your body produces new collagen. Your provider will set clear expectations during your visit.
Frequency depends on your treatment and goals. Facials and LED: monthly maintenance. Microcurrent: series of 10-12, then monthly. RF Therapy: series of 4-6 treatments every 1-2 weeks, then maintenance every 3-6 months. HIFU: typically a single treatment with results lasting 12-18 months, then annual maintenance. We’ll create a personalized schedule for you.
Most of our treatments are safe for all skin types and tones. Certain treatments (like some lasers) may have restrictions for darker skin tones, but we offer many melanin-safe alternatives. We’ll assess your skin during your visit to ensure safety.
Most of our treatments have zero downtime. You may have slight redness for 1-2 hours after some treatments (peels, microcurrent, RF), but you can resume normal activities immediately. HIFU may cause mild tenderness for a day or two.
For most treatments, you can apply makeup immediately after if desired. For peels or more intensive treatments, we may recommend waiting a few hours. Your provider will give you specific aftercare instructions.
We’ll provide personalized aftercare instructions. Generally: use gentle cleansers, avoid active ingredients (retinoids, acids) for 5-7 days post-peel, apply SPF 30+ daily, and keep skin hydrated. We can recommend medical-grade products.
For most facial treatments, avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours to prevent excess heat and sweating. For body treatments, guidelines vary. We’ll give you specific post-treatment instructions based on your service.
All treatments are performed by licensed, trained professionals—including licensed estheticians, medical estheticians, and registered nurses. Our practice is overseen by our medical director who ensures all protocols meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
We focus on personalized, unhurried care with genuine expertise. No high-pressure sales, no assembly-line treatments. We invest in advanced technology, medical-grade products, and continuing education. Our goal is building long-term relationships, not transactional services.
